Madrigal Singers are considered the Philippines' most musically sophisticated choir. The group was organized in 1963 by Profress Andrea O. Veneracion of the U.P. Conservatory of Music. After more than 200 concerts in the Philippines, the Madrigal Singers were invited to participate at the International Choral Festival at Lincoln Center, New York City, in March, 1969. The singers are now on an extended concert tour of the United States, Europe, and Asia. Please retain your ticket stub, as it may be checked during intermission. The taking of photographs during performances is strictly prohibited.
