bas Belfast Music Society On behalf of the Board of the Belfast Music Society, I am delighted to invite you and a guest to the Launch of the BMS 2009 International Festival of Chamber Music at Direct Wine Shipments, Belfast, on Wednesday 26 November 2008 at 7.30 pm. We shall be announcing a wonderful Festival which will feature a superb line-up of international musicians. We also have some new projects to celebrate, including a collaboration with TOSINI (Teachers of Singing in Ireland) and a special Summer Celebrity Recital. The award-winning Badke Quartet (with Belfast-born cellist Jonathan Byers) will be joining us for the evening, performing a mixed programme including some Schubert as a tempting taste of what is to come in the Festival. There will be light refreshments, provided by Filini at Radisson SAS Belfast, and an opportunity to sample wines specially selected for us by Direct Wine Shipments. Guests will also have the opportunity to purchase wines on special offer for Christmas and, of course, the chance to pre-order tickets for the 2009 BMS Festival. Tickets for the Launch are strictly limited to 2 per invitation.
