CALE ELEBRITY CONCERTS 1990-91 The BMS has been able to arrange a fine series of CELEBRITY CONCERTS for their 70th season, 1990-91, at the Elmwood Hall, thanks to continued support from the Arts Council of Northern Ireland, and to most generous sponsorship from the Belfast City Council. Everyone is welcome. There is no formality about becoming a subscriber- just fill in the attached form. In 1988/89 season Mr Mackie toured America with the Scottish Chamber Orchestra, and he toured Mexico for the British Council. Sioned Williams is principal harpist of the BBC Symphony Orchestra, and will travel with them to Japan and Hong Kong in the spring.

This season he returns to Sweden to lead masterclasses and workshops, whilst last season he participated in the Piatigorsky Seminars in Los Angeles. He records exclusively for Chandos.
