The seven composers represented wrote between them something like 1700 songs. Their inspirations stemmed from the great German romantic poets, Heine, Mörike, Eichendorff, Rückert, but the more banal texts of lesser known poets also stimulated settings of great lyrical beauty. sudo ad ist sie og god .98uod aids ody us Bebas 3 boA abuede Ilija savod Tebbude I nieq bns 1sing dalw aband aid agnirw nwo v Ludwig van Beethoven (1770-1827) I not aris age woy ob valduob videoda uo Adelaide (Matthison) 1795 udal da avol io ning vd onog 89m13 Your friend wanders lonely in the garden sur- rounded by a magic light, Adelaide!
